Payment is required to book this accommodation.
Guests booking more than 14 days before the scheduled arrival will pay an initial Security Deposit. This is followed by a request for payment of the Accommodation Cost.
Guests who book within 14 days of the scheduled arrival will pay the total Accommodation Cost.
Both the Security Deposit and the Accommodation Cost are refundable under these terms.
A security deposit is required to reserve a booking made at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival and is held against the credit card used until the booking ends.
Security deposits are normally refunded in full after the booking ends but may be withheld in the case of loss or damage to the property and late cancellation.
If a guest cancels a booking more than 14 days before the scheduled arrival, the security deposit will be fully refunded.
If a guest cancels a booking less than 14 days but more than 7 days before the scheduled arrival, 50% of the security deposit will be refunded.
If a guest cancels a booking within 7 days of the scheduled arrival, the security deposit will not be refunded.
If full payment of the Accommodation Cost is not received 7 days before the scheduled arrival, the guest will forfeit 100% of the Security Deposit.
If the booking is cancelled more than 14 days before the scheduled arrival, the Accommodation Cost will be fully refunded.
If a guest cancels a booking within 14 days of the scheduled arrival, the property will be relisted for rent. If the property can be rented to another guest during the period of the original booking, any accommodation cost paid will be refunded for all nights that can be rebooked. If the property remains unrented for a period during the original booking, the guest will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the accommodation cost for the period for which the property cannot be rented.
If the owner cancels a booking at any time, any accommodation cost paid, as well as the security deposit, will be fully refunded.
If full payment of the accommodation cost is not received 7 days before the scheduled arrival, the booking will be cancelled and the guest will forfeit the Security Deposit described in these terms.
Cancellations due to “Acts of God” will be considered on an individual basis. Evidence detailing the circumstances requiring cancellation will be required to waive any cancellation fee incurred.
If a guest cancels due to COVID-19, evidence will be required to waive any cancellation fee incurred. The evidence can be in the form of a screenshot of a message or email from the Ministry of Health.
This property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.
This property will not accommodate parties. This includes hen, stag, or similar parties.
Pets are not allowed.
Check-in is anytime after 4 p.m. on the scheduled day of arrival. Checkout is anytime before 11 a.m. on the scheduled day of departure. Arrangements for late checkout may be made with the owners via email, available through the Contact Us page of this website.
